Corrections policy
DFRI corrects verified errors in public, versioned records. It never silently replaces a published estimate, prediction, grade, assumption, or source citation.
Report an error
Email ops@camelon.app. Include the page or feed URL, company or prediction ID, period, disputed value or citation, and the evidence supporting the concern. Do not send borrower, account, loan-level, credential, or other personal information.
We aim to acknowledge a complete report within five business days. Acknowledgement is not a finding; verification may require checking the cited filing, first-print release, registry version, and deterministic replay.
How a correction publishes
- The report is reproduced against the exact published version and evidence set.
- A confirmed error receives a new versioned row or superseding record. Existing rows, prediction timestamps, grades, canonical hashes, and cited permalinks are not edited or deleted.
- The public changelog names what changed, why, the affected period or company, and the replacement version.
- Prior values remain retrievable through their immutable permalinks, versioned feeds, publication history, and changelog links.
If a report is not confirmed, the evidence and conclusion are returned to the reporter when contact information is available. Methodological disagreement without a factual error is documented as feedback rather than rewritten as a correction.
Urgent clock issues
A missing scheduled prediction, missed first-print grade, mutated ledger record, or broken immutable permalink is treated as an operational incident. The append-only record is preserved while the publication or automation path is repaired.
